Hushed is currently experiencing a carrier service outage which is impacting calling and text/SMS messaging. We are actively working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
Text/SMS messaging: some users may be unable to send or receive text/SMS messages to Hushed numbers. We are actively working to fix this issue but there is currently no workaround.
Incoming calls: some users may be unable to receive incoming voice calls.
If you are unable to receive calls to you Hushed number(s) you may use Call Forwarding within the Hushed app to forward incoming calls to another phone number. Please see Call Forwarding Workaround for instructions on how to configure Call Forwarding. Note: cellular carrier phone charges may apply.
Outgoing calls: some users may be unable to place outgoing voice calls.
If you are unable to place calls from your Hushed number(s) you may use Call Routing within the Hushed app to place calls from your mobile phone number. Please see Call Routing Workaround for instruction on how to configure Call Routing. Note: cellular carrier phone charges may apply.
Our support desk is open and aware of these service issues. We are working to respond to support requests as quickly as possible. Note that due to the service outage we are experiencing higher than normal request volumes so may take longer to respond. We recommend trying the workaround methods above before contacting service.
